Aren't I supposed to be able to play with these Squeaky Clean Pets on-line?
Each time I try to register them it tells me that there are not enough characters in the #'s.
Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Aren't you supposed to be able to use these pets on-line? Each time I try to register them for my daughter it says there are not enough characters in the pet's #'s!
